We focus on acquiring underperforming residential properties that sit outside a standard buy–refurbish–remortgage model. These properties may require cash purchase due to low EPC ratings, refurbishment, compliance improvements or additional legal work such as title splits and restructuring. Each property is carefully assessed to understand how its potential can be unlocked through thoughtful design, strategic repositioning and long-term planning.
Who We House
Although we house a variety of people and it depends on the property and position. Our long term focus is on housing women and children who require safe, stable accommodation during periods of transition or vulnerability. This includes women escaping domestic abuse, single mothers facing housing insecurity, and families who need long-term stability in order to rebuild and thrive. Our approach prioritises safety, dignity and suitability over short-term occupancy. quality properties for those that need it the most.

ABOUT INARA HOMES
Inara Homes was founded from a deep understanding of how transformative — and at times challenging — parenthood can be, particularly without the right support systems in place. While some families are able to navigate this stage of life with stability and support around them, many face increasing emotional, financial and practical pressures that make building a secure future far more difficult than it should be.
With a background in interior design and property, founder Dawn Allen spent years creating thoughtful living spaces and understanding the impact that environments can have on people’s wellbeing, confidence and quality of life. Over time, it became clear that those skills could be used for something more meaningful — not simply to improve properties, but to help create stable foundations for families and long-term positive change.
We believe safe, stable housing is one of the most important foundations a family can have. When parents feel secure in their environment, they are better able to focus on their wellbeing, their children and the opportunities that create long-term stability and growth.
