What We buy
We focus on acquiring underperforming residential properties that sit outside a standard buy–refurbish–remortgage model. These properties may require cash purchase due to low EPC ratings, or additional legal work such as title splits or other restructuring. Each property is carefully analysed to understand how its value can be maximised in a considered and strategic way. Our aim is to acquire properties that lend themselves to long-term housing solutions, including tired or non-compliant HMOs, blocks of flats, and other assets that can be repurposed into high-quality homes.
Who We House
We focus on housing women and children who require safe, stable accommodation during periods of transition or vulnerability. This includes women escaping domestic abuse, single mothers facing housing insecurity, and families who need long-term stability in order to rebuild and thrive. Our approach prioritises safety, dignity and suitability over short-term occupancy. We work with charities and housing associations to provide good quality properties for those that need it the most.

Our model is structured to support full capital recycling, enabling a “money in, money out” approach that remains attractive to long-term investors. While some women are supported through motherhood, many are not, and the growing mental, emotional and financial pressures placed on mothers leave too many living in a constant state of stress or survival.
